Exploring Japanese TeaInstructor: Miles CramerTea in Japan dates back over 1200 years and in that time the Japanese have developed a truly unique tea culture. Known for their oceanic steamed Green Tea, we will taste our way through a menu of teas sourced from all over Japan. A slideshow of photos from Dobra Tea's travels of Japan will accompany the tasting. In this 2 hour presentation we will discuss how Japanese tea is produced, history, and cultural perspectives.
