In person pre-hire interview required. Seeking athletic physically fit with a good attitude. No experience required. - Valid California Drivers license required. - Public records background check will be conducted. - Urine testing for HARD-drugs (THC is ok.) - No smoking on property. Weed whacking, pruning, planting, shoveling, raking and assorted other landscaping related tasks. $15 CASH to start. ($15 cash is equal to $22.25 on the books) up to $25 -CASH- depending on experience/ability and on-site production. 40 hours a week. There are weeks to months available for the right person/people. Monday thru Friday. 8 hours daily/ 40 hours weekly Those who can only work weekends, and/or certain days are welcome to apply. ATTENTION: I am NOT a company. I am living in the home while I fix it, I have her permission to take a portion of the rent I would pay her, using a portion of the rent, plus additional funds out of my own pocket, to fix her home.
