This season Chef Bo Keller will walk you through creating three fall themed rolls each paired with sake for your tasting pleasure. *Alaskan Crunch Roll: crabstick,salmon,avocado and rolling on the top of fried panko. Paired with Junmai Daiginjo Sho Une Sake *Halloween Roll: avocado,cream cheese,eel, tobiko. Paired with Zipang Sparkling Mango *Maki Fall Roll: pumpkin,cinnamon apple,cheese. Paired with Nigori Silky Mild Unfiltered Sake No experience is necessary, we just ask for a good attitude.
