So I have a car that’s a slightly modified ride…it won’t pass - I once *hypothetically* gave a guy a $150 handshake and it magically passed…he’s passed away (Covid apparently) and now I’m f$&cked….tabs expired, smog required ….anyone who can help would be much appreciated. I’m cool and down with whatever you might wanna make a deal with Hmu please!
