Found black and white cat

Description

Found- small black and white cat eating ravenously from trash scraps in Walmart parking lot on Olympic st. in Springfield. It had a ratty looking collar on with a bell but no ID. They were too shy to get close to but they looked very skinny and hungry. Posting this in case someone is missing their furry friend.
