Call Patti 469-379-8363 Shifts are Monday-Friday with availability to work overtime Steel Press Operator Available Shifts: 1st Shift / 6 am-2:30 pm $15.00 hourly pay rate 2nd Shift / 3pm-midnight 12 am $16.25 hourly pay rate 3rd Shift / 10 pm-6 am $16.75 hourly pay rate Steel Press Operator Job Responsibilities: Operate straight side mechanical press to blank, punch and form parts Read and understand Operational Method sheets job instructions Handles material to and from workstation and gets workstation and equipment ready for Production Operate presses to punch and form parts per specifications Adjusts and tightens hold down bolts, dies, springs and pins Lubricates material and parts as required Complies with all quality checks to include first part and last part inspection Maintains quality standards, keeps workstation in order, reports work shortages and performs own rework Complies with all Safety rules and regulations Coil Machine Setup Operator Available Shifts: 1st Shift / 6 am-2:30 pm $16.00 hourly pay rate 2nd Shift / 3pm-midnight 12 am $17.25 hourly pay rate 3rd Shift / 10 pm-6 am $17.75 hourly pay rate Coil Machine Setup Operator Job Responsibilities: To setup and operate one or more fo the fin press, expander press, hairpin tubing press, re-sizer and u-bend machines Gets job instructions, handles material to and from work station, Size and bend copper tubing to connect ends of coil tubing Determined need for tool and die care Performs maintenance as necessary Maintain quality standards, report, material shortages, perform first and last inspection of parts produces against drawing and/or specifications. Machine Operator Skills Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc. Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses) Good understanding of quality control principles Good communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition Must be able to stand on feet during entirety of shift Must be able to lift 50 lbs Candidate must be able to read, write and comprehend English Must be able to complete comprehension/math assessments unassisted Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
