Description
This is Charlie, a German Shepherd mix. I caught her and her sister by the border in Douglas. She is about 9 months old and very sweet. She's only been socialized with people for about a month and has come a long way. She has never been aggressive but had been very shy and timid. She gets along well with my other dogs as well as my kids.
Which begs the question...if she's a good dog, why are you giving her away?
I caught her sister months ago and she's a great dog. Felt bad seeing Charlie fending for herself (she was much more difficult to catch). I figured Charlie could make some kid happy and set about a plan to catch her and rehabilitate her with the purpose of rehoming. And so here we are. She's at the point where she's ready for some training and for a good home. She's had her shots but has not been spayed.
Rehoming fee? $200. Or, show me an appointment that you've made with the humane society in Tucson
) and you can take her for free. (Spay fee in Tucson is $200). Or your local vet if you have one.
