Need someone who can do carpentry, electrical, and plumbing

I started a passive solar water heater to heat my greenhouses many months ago. I never got it finished. It then blew over in a storm and damaged some of the wiring. I have since reassembled it and need to get it finished. I previously hired help for most of this as I don't have the plumbing & electrical experience for this. I now need to get this finished before the cold weather sets in. I need someone who can troubleshoot and repair the electrical, possibly including replacing the solar panel. I need them to be able to get the system fully functional. The system concept is as follows: - 500' of coiled 3/4" PEX inside a sun box gets heated by the sunlight - Water (with antifreeze) circulates through that PEX, gets heated by the sunlight, then flows into another 500' of PEX buried underground in my greenhouse, releasing its heat as it circulates in the greenhouse - The whole system is powered by a solar panel and pump, with a thermostat so that it only turns on when temperature inside the box is above a certain level The specific tasks that need doing include: - Trouble-shooting the system, including possibly replacing the solar panel - Filling the system with water and anti-freeze (which I have on-hand) - Testing the system to ensure everything works as it should - Making whatever adjustments are necessary to get the system working properly
