I have a pair of monkeys I'd like to have painted

I bought a pair of monkeys for yard decorations. They are about 3' tall and are positioned to hang. They are a solid, dark brown. I would like to have them detailed with proper colors for their eyes, hands, feet and ears.I will buy whatever supplies that are needed. The second pic is with a Comcast remote on his leg for size comparison
