Rehoming my babygirl Blue

Blue is a Catahoula Leopard Dog. I adopted Blue about 2.5 years ago in Tampa. They told me she was abandoned for 2 years and were finally able to catch her. She was emaciated, never felt human touch, or had been loved before. She was only 2 years old. And was scared of everything. Now she loves other dogs, cats, and other animals. She loves kids. And she now ptsother people pet her. She is still scared of thunder and lightning, but maybe that's something someone can work on with her. I do not want to get rid of her. But I am learning how much she really loves being outside. She loves to run and be outside all day and unfortunately I can not give that to her. That is the only reason I am rehoming her. With rehoming Blue, the biggest, most important thing that she needs is a fenced in yard she can run around in. Or someone who is actively outside and can take her to dog parks often,or take her on frequent walks. Blue is also spayed, and has not gotten her shots updated yet this year.
