Lost long-haired black cat

Lost fluffy, long-haired, black cat with goldish eyes. He got scared when let out of car, neighbor dog barked and he ran off! Area of Thorten and SW 4th. If found please hold or tell where he was spotted. He’s not used to being outside and he’s badly missed. Please respond to where he’s located if you spot him, I’ll come quickly! Please help me find him! He’s very gentle and still scared I’m sure. Thanks much
