Eva is a three year old american pitbull. About a foot and a half tall, 55lbs, no trimming, had her since she was 9 month old. A wonderful little girl that is very sweet with people and kids. She is super affectionate, and cuddles so hard and loves to be around the family whatever we are doing. She is play motivated and can run for hours. The only fault is she is extremely dog aggressive. She is very bonded with our other older dog, and he remains the only dog she can ever be around. We have come to the point where we need to rehome her for the safety of our neighbor’s dogs and we do not have the resources or space to help her anymore. She has been through a very expensive training course for dog aggression and has showed some improvement but ultimately just sees red around other dogs. She needs a home with space where she is the only dog. We are reaching out on Craigslist, as well as contacted a couple safe havens for aggressive dogs, because she cannot go to a shelter and we can’t put her through that. We aren’t charging a rehoming fee, but we will need to make sure the home she is going to is safe for her and whoever takes her fully understands her breed and the way she is. She is truly a sweetheart and would be a perfect dog to someone who can commit to working with her or provide her with a home away from triggers.
