found pigeon

very weird post, but i'm wondering if anyone in the area has lost their pet pigeon. i've seen this funky fella hanging outside my job and does not look like it's feral. pigeon is all white, with black tail tips and black eyes, and a red tag on the right foot. seems very comfortable around humans so i'm thinking it might be a pet. figured it was worth posting! pigeon has been hanging around the parking lot beside hospitality inn and round table pizza on SW barbur blvd. i cannot capture this bird for you, but if its yours, i'm sure it'll be happy to see you!
