We’re regaining our hedgehog Lenard (3 years old), we just don’t have enough time to handle him and get him acclimated to being around people. It would be a good pet for older kids to that have more free time. If you don’t know about hedgehogs do research. They have an attitude, but once you pick him up and he calms down he’s a lot more friendly and runs around. He comes with a cage, wheel, wooden popsicle stick house, bag of food. I use plain dirt for bedding for him, he likes to burrow and dig around, so I opted out of wood chips. Had issues with a small animal water bottle so he drinks out of a bowl. I have a heat pad along with thermostat controller under his hutch that keeps him warm when he sleeps. He like to run around the house and hide in slippers. We are asking $200 for him.
