We have a few openings for the following: - Artists who would like to show their work monthly or host one or two pop ups to show their work in a gallery monthly. - Photographers and Film production individuals who are looking for a space to rent monthly. - Makers and vintage collectors who would like to have monthly pop ups with their curated brands to show customers IRL What we offer: A 15hr monthly studio subscription Blank canvas feel for content shoots and the minimalist lover 5 mixed sets for photographers / film producers A prop room of various props and decor items, rugs, etc for photoshoots 2500 of space to create in $500 monthly with a 3 month minimum commitment, MTM can be available after.
