We have 1 gorgeous Boston Terrier left! Meet Spanky! He is named after the fearless leader of the Little Rascals. Spanky is really a cool little guy. He is quite relaxed and just likes to hang out with you, unlike some of his litter mates who can get pretty hyper. Spanky is playful and fun, but not overwhelming. Spanky has a rare coloration which makes him a lot lighter than his litter mates. However, Spanky did develop a cherry eye (which is something that is always a potential problem in any short-nosed breed), and I've noticed he has slightly slimmer nares. His cherry eye is fully repairable with surgery, and if needed so are slim nares. We have a quote from a trusted local vet that a cherry eye repair, done at the time of a neuter, would cost up to $350 depending on how complex the repair was. For this reason, we have decided to bring down his rehoming fee substantially (to just cover his vet expenses etc. to this point), and to alleviate the cost of his surgery to his new family. Other than that, Spanky is up to date on his vaccinations, healthy, happy, and a really cool companion looking for his forever home!
