Tabby cat found in the parking garage at Universal Studios. She is brown and black wearing a Halloween collar with a pumpkin and a bow. I took her to the vet and she is healthy with no injuries, but they were unable to find a chip, but confirmed she is female. The collar had no contact information. Please call if this is your cat, we want to help her get back to her loving owners!
