Ok I need to vent and maybe rant a little. You need to think twice before you order any thing from justflowers.com. I ordered the yellow flowers in the white basket for my girlfriends birthday. I even upgraded to have extra flowers added to the arrangement. The other three pictures is what she received. Wrong flowers, no white basket or bow. The whole back of the arrangement is green filler which really looks cheap. Now she got these damn things late Friday evening and by Saturday morning they were already dying. Besides the fact that nothing even comes close to what I ordered. I understand that there is a floral shortage but some of the florist are using this excuse to totally and completely rip people off. I was completely ripped off by these people. No phone call, email or text telling me how much they were going to substitute. They felt they could make things right by offering me maybe a $10 credit. Like I am ever going to order from these people again.
