This is a re-post because the prior post responses went to spam 1. Gate repair - Pictures I need either the previous gate replaced or the one that was on it repaired. So if you are near the area and can offer and estimate that would be good. I am enclosing a photo of the gate where it was separated. 2. Under the sink there cabinets were installed and also behind the dryer. It may need some drywall and a plaster 3 Tree Trim. Guava Tree needs to be trimmed low (pictured). There are items on the ground near but you can bypass and get to the nitty gritty of the tree. Estimates welcomed. 4. Kitchen needs a good cleaning. Items on the counter bagged. There was recent construction on this home and the workers put a lot of things on the counter. Dust etc. Fridge and Stove 5. Handyman: Interior doors to the bathroom and kitchen. Windows replaces. The there was a jacuzzi tub installed and the worker did not connect the power source or something to that nature. Said it would be simple but still didn't so it. Various handyman things. Looking for estimates. Per job is fine. Hourly for handyman is fine as well
