911 Restoration of Riverside County we are a water/mold/fire damage restoration company looking to hire a full-time water/mold damage technician. We handle water/mold/wind/fire claims and most of our projects include insulation, drywall, texture, painting, tiling, finished carpentry, and flooring repairs. Qualifications: Driver's License (Required) US work authorization (Required) High school or equivalent (Preferred) Restoration: 1 year (Preferred) Job duties include: *Demolition: Drywall removal; Flooring removal; baseboard and trim removal. *Mold removal *Must be able to wear a full face respirator and hazmat suit for long periods of time. *Must maintain a clean job site daily. *Must be on time and organized *Must be familiar with common hand tools such as hammers, pry bars, levels, blades, scrapers, Sanders, etc. *Must be experienced with handling saws, grinders, electric floor buffers, electric sanders, drills, chipping hammers. *Must be experienced with cutting drywall and framing materials. *Must be experienced with building containment vapor barriers *Placing necessary drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air movers) *Documenting damages with pictures *Monitoring job progress daily *Servicing our emerg. calls On Call *Cleaning equipment and tools used on job. *Heavy lifting; moving furniture and loading/unloading debris (must be able to lift 50lbs+) Job Types: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $28.00per hour depending on experience Monday to Friday and Weekend/On-Call availability (weekend jobs earn bonuses)
