I am looking to hire a Flat Roof Repair Specialist (Licensed Professional Preferred) to repair and patch a small duplex flat roof on an old property built in 1926.
Please DO NOT attempt to persuade me to replace the roof.
The property is located in South -Central Los Angeles, the “Hood.”
