SIGN UP for DIRECT DEPOSIT in the PeopleSoft system and avoid delayed pay or issues with receiving your pay. A social distancing event | WEAR YOUR MASK! It is a condition of employment for all employees of the UDC to be registered with Direct Deposit in the PeopleSoft system. In an effort to support employees, the UDC Office of Human Resources is hosting a DIRECT DEPOSIT ENROLLMENT SESSIONS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Because of our current climate, we are encouraging everyone to be safe and healthy and to bring your own electronic device i.e. phone, laptop, surface, etc. to access the PeopleSoft system. These sessions will be conducted in building 4250 located at 4250 Connecticut Ave N.W. (next to the UDC Café) on the 6th floor to ensure that everyone is adhering to the required social distancing and to minimize risk to all. Everyone participating in the Direct Deposit Enrollment Session must make an appointment in advance. If you are driving you will have to park in the UDC Parking Garage for free, and walk to building 4250. If you are taking the Metro you will have to exit on the University side and walk down Connecticut Ave to building 4250. TO PARTICIPATE: Schedule an appointment. Setup your account in PeopleSoft prior to arriving at the Direct Deposit Enrollment Session. Bring your own device (laptop, etc.) Fill out the "Daily Health Screening" on the "LiveSafe App" Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. You must wear a facial mask when on campus during the Direct Deposit Enrollment Session. WE'RE HERE FOR YOU!
