Pop Rock Band Seeking Great Guitarist

Hi, Here's one of our songs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQEbb7nxZL0 We're a pop rock band looking for a skilled guitarist to try out in our group. Other than chops, gelling musically and personally with us are the main things we're looking for. I am currently the guitarist/singer and we are relying on backing tracks to fill in the bass during live sets. I'm very particular about how the bass parts are played, so I'm hoping to move to playing the bass and to bring a dedicated guitarist into the group where I feel there's more room for somebody else to put a bit of their own spin on the parts if they want to. The drummer and I both live in Chicago proper. We're in our 30s; we work professional jobs, and we've been playing shows a long time in one form or another since college. If we think it's worth coming together for a try-out practice, then we take it from there. This is not yet a paying gig (I wish it were).
