Hello, We provide property management and maintenance services in North Shore area. We are looking for professional and reliable property maintenance and handyman/technician. You will perform many different tasks that will require your skills and ability to learn on the go. We are offering base pay with performance bonuses, education and long term prospect. Bilingual is a plus. Located: Lynn and 10-15 miles around it Need to be able to do/requirements: - able to fix and do little bit of everything good - able to learn and ask for help when needed - be clean, respectful and dependable - able to follow required instructions - have transportation and basic tools - clean record - have a smartphone and ability to take photos -be able to do or willingness to learn: - paint & patching - faucet replacements - sinks/toilet clogs snaking - toilet replacements - carpentry - issue identification/testing - trash, demo and clean up Pay: $25/hour with 20 hour a week minimum (more based on experience) If interested reply with: - Your name - Where you located - Are you able to do perform above requirements? - Why do you think you will be a good fit for this work? - Do you have reliable transportation and working phone? - Do you speak any other languages?
