I can't get my cat fixed he is spraying all over my house he is the black and white cat named Batman and he needs a new home gets along with other cats and dogs is a indoors cat I don't want him to go but my veterinary won't fix cats or dogs because of covid messages me if u wanna know more there is a little fee for him to make sure he goes to a great home
