We are looking for pet-loving individuals who enjoy a physically active career. ​ Basic Qualifications, Requirements, and Things to Consider when applying: ​* Genuinely care about the health, care and well-being of animals. * Be able to handle varying sizes, breeds, a variety of dog personalities and strengths. * Have the ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and more. (Safe conditions only) * Able to self-manage yourself, be honest, be responsible and be reliable. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Have access and availability to a dependable vehicle to move you from job to job. * Great communication skills as we communicate with you and with our clients DAILY through notes, emails, text messages, and phone calls. * Attention to detail, attention to direction, organization, and time management. * You must own a working smartphone. (i.e. Android or iPhone) ***Sorry, your kids and pets may not join you on your visits.*** - Our sitters work as Independent Contractors, you will pick and choose the jobs that work best for you and your schedule. - As part of our onboarding process you will complete a background check. - Big slobbery wet kisses and muddy hugs come as an extra position bonus. We are looking for Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters to cover visits in Reston, Herndon, Vienna, Ashburn, Leesburg, on occasion we also have Great Falls, Sterling, Fairfax and McLean. ​ A little about us: Our company began in January 2008 with the goal of offering a professional, reliable service while still keeping that personal touch so that clients can feel comfortable and at ease knowing that their pets are in great hands while they are away. We are looking to re-build our team after the 2020 shut down and have plenty of room for growth. We pay weekly by direct deposit to your checking account or cash app. Compensation is based on each job. Pet sitter retains 100% of tips provided by clients.
