Hand tame Cockatiel with cage

I have a (I believe female) cockatiel looking for a new perch. She’s about a year old and hand tame. She’s very sweet. She will come with her large cage, food, toys and a wooden table perch. She’s a very wonderful bird but I have to rehome her unfortunately because she can get loud (as all birds) and I e gotten noise complaints in my apartment :( she will come with everything in the pictures. Rehoming fee is $300
