Deebo is a fixed 2.5 year old blue nose pitty who loves carrying around his baby blankets, cuddling with his people and dog companions, eating his toys, and sitting up very straight and proper while waiting for the okay to eat his dinner. He tries very hard to be a good boy, and loves to please. Deebo came to our family a year ago. He was a pandemic puppy unused to much socializing. Unfortunately, our busy household along with the unpredictability of our two young teens, both with autism, have not been a good fit for him. Deebo has high anxiety which he can express with a lot of bluster. He has not at this point bitten anyone to the point of breaking skin, but he does bark aggressively, and he has nipped. He is food motivated and is eager to please - we believe he would be highly trainable in a calm and predictable environment. We believe that Deebo would thrive in a childless home familiar with pit bulls, and with plenty of time for the desensitization training he needs. We are not that home, as our two childrens' autism can cause startling outbursts and unpredictable behavior which keeps him on edge. He will come with his crate, food and water bowls, his comfort blankets, basket with toys, collar and leash, etc. Rehoming fee to ensure he goes to someone who can afford to keep him happy and healthy.
