This dinner is a blend of our local New England, seasonal ingredients with South African flavors woven throughout. We will start the evening with Vergelegen Brut 2016 bubbly, local Copps oysters, and a fall vegetable platter with South African inspired dips to enjoy while mingling. During dinner, each course is paired with a different wine from the Vergelegen Flagship portfolio, and we will have a tasting bar with bottles from their new Rocky Lands Range to sample as well.
