My name is Addie Vasquez and I am a birth and postpartum doula servicing the Central Ohio area. Once a month I try to bring together those that are in need of a place to just exist in a relatable and comfortable space. The goal is to create a foundation of support within the community so that we can move away from the isolation we sometimes feel as care givers and give ourselves a sense of that "village" we've been missing out on for so long! Join me in my group to break the stigmas of needing that extra support system! This meeting is located on the second floor of the library (stair and elevator access). There is a coffee shop on the first floor, snacks and drinks are permitted in the meeting room, however I ask that we all be mindful that the room should be left the way it is found. This is a child-friendly meeting and I will provide activities for the little (or big) ones to occupy themselves while we chat.
