Join us for a class dedicated to flavor, beauty, stories, and fun. Come hungry... Erika will be leading us through a multi-bite course (cheese, pairings, drink) featuring the flavors of New England. You'll leave knowing the why's, how's, and what's of cheese, so be ready to impress all the people in your life 🤓 Books available for purchase and signing after class. This is a one-time event, so get tickets while we got 'em! Please let us know about any allergies at Ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations. So that staff and attendees can comfortably enjoy eating and discussing these delicious cheeses and pairings without masks on, all attendees for in-person classes must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
