Description

This 30 minute family kids yoga class is for parent and child and siblings are welcome too! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket! Enjoy the sounds of nature as our yoga music as well as some lovely kids yoga music too! Class is taught by Ms. Brigitta, a Children's Yoga Teacher and Dance/Movement Therapist in business for herself since 2010!! Sun RAE is named after Ms. Brigitta's three kids :) We will meet rain or shine, unless it is really bad in which we will just reschedule the class for the end of the month or the next month.
