Description
Please note: CCA is currently not open to the public, and in order to protect our medically vulnerable community members and to provide as safe an event as possible, we ask that employers understand that their ticket purchase/registration confirms that they and their representative will comply with the following: Employer representatives must present proof at the event that they are up-to-date on vaccinations (currently defined as all recommended doses in their primary vaccine series + one booster). Regrettably, we are unable to admit attendees who cannot present proof of vaccination. Each registered company/organization is able to send one (1) representative, in order to maintain capacity and follow CCA's COVID-19 protocols. If the representative identified in registration materials is not able to attend, they/their organization will need to reach out to [email protected] to confirm the new representative at least 48 hours in advance. Due to safety protocols, we are unable to admit non-registered attendees, even if their organization is registered. Please do not attend if sick. If the registered attendee has a positive test, is showing symptoms, or has had close contact with someone who is positive for COVID-19 (defined as being within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period), they should plan not to attend. Please contact [email protected] for information about options (alternative attendee, refund, etc.).Attendees must comply with CCA’s mask policy, which currently requires that all individuals wear masks (i.e., well-fitted, non-vented N95, KN95, or KF94 respirator mask or a well-fitted surgical/procedural mask with a cloth mask worn over it) at all times while indoors on CCA campus. A limited number of masks will be available on the day of the event. Attendees are encouraged to make use of the hand sanitizer and disinfectants that will be provided on the day of the event. Please refer to the Ventilation FAQs for additional safeguards that are in place on campus. To ensure consistent masking, attendees will limit food consumption to designated areas. To ensure consistent masking, food consumption will be prohibited in the event space and only permitted outdoors while on campus.Attendees must comply with instructions from CCA staff and event volunteers with respect to capacity, timed entry (for students and alumni), and other safety guidelines.Registered attendees and any approved replacements must provide their names, phone numbers, and email addresses. This information will be kept as private as possible for 14 days to facilitate contact tracing in the event of a positive case. Providing individual email ([email protected]) rather than generic email ([email protected]) is an important part of this endeavor and will allow Career Development staff to provide key event updates. In order to support our medically-vulnerable community members, all participants attest through their ticket purchase that if they test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending FIFC, they will fill out the COVID self-reporting form or contact [email protected] immediately. Any information that is shared with the CCA COVID response team will be kept as private as possible in compliance with CCA policy and SF Public Health guidelines. Additional information can be found within CCA's Event-related Health & Safety Protocols. Because our protocols are subject to change in response to evolving SF Public Health guidelines, attending representatives are encouraged to review 48 hours before FICF.CCA alumni who attend as employer representatives must comply with these guidelines in full.Refunds may be requested up to 7 days prior to FICF and normally take 2-3 weeks to process. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to CCA campus! Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
