Description

A locomotive going too fast, fires going out of control, and tales about a world famous hotel are just a few of the stories which will be told at "Bizarre Bloomfield Avenue Tours: A Tour of Caldwell". Tours will take place at 6:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. Each tour is limited to 20 participants and will run approximately 60 to 90 minutes. The walks will travel west on Bloomfield Avenue and will make stops at First Presbyterian Church and many historical storefronts. The final stop will be at the well known Cloverleaf Tavern. Tickets are $18.00 each and will be available on Event Brite after October 1st. (You will need a free Event Brite account to secure your ticket.) Each participant will be given a prize from Caldwell's Guerriero Gelato Ice Cream and Cloverleaf Tavern. Please arrive 20 minutes before your tour at our new Visitor's Center to participate in a "Guess the Historical Object Activity". GCBMA President Dave Cowell challenges participants to guess what "historical era" artifacts are on display. We also encourage participants to browse at our gift shop.
