Spanish wines are suddenly everywhere, and with good reason: from the value-oriented gems to the rich and concentrated Tempranillo, centuries of winemaking have finally paid off in increased market share.  We’ll taste a host of white, rosado, and reds from this en fuego sector of the wine world, and talk history and food pairings along the way.  Things to note: One-week cancellation policy.  Please note we're just two storefronts from both the Main Street Metra and the Main Street L stops. Please eat prior--we'll be tasting through 7 wines in the class
