The Largest ALL JEEP SHOW in the Northeast is back again for 2023, CELEBRATING OUR 10TH ANNIVERSARY! This year’s event kicks off on Friday, July 14th at 8 am and runs until Sunday, July 16th at 1 pm. 2022 brought us over 2200 registered Jeeps and over 100 vendors on the sand, with thousands of spectators coming through the event. Our 10th year celebration is looking like it's going to be HUGE! We have an array of sponsorship opportunities available so that you can be a part of one of the East Coast’s greatest Jeep events. For details regarding what is available, please see the pricing and descriptions by clicking the green "TICKETS" button at the right. Please note that there is no booth sharing, subletting of booth space, etc. All vendors must register for their own individual space. The first 50 vendors registered will get their logo on the back of the official event t-shirt. All vendors with a tractor-trailer, or large trailers, are required to setup on Wednesday, July 12th. All remaining vendors will need to set up Thursday, July 13th. Set up time will be 9 am-5 pm both days. As usual, we will have plenty of support vehicles available to help out with beach entry and exit, if needed, although it is highly recommended that any vehicle you are driving on the beach be 4 wheel drive. There will be a vendor load in schedule this year to help speed up the load in process on the sand. If you wish to be close to another vendor you must have the same size booth space and arrive with whomever you want to be near, as we will load the beach accordingly. Insurance COI's are required for 2023. All COI's will need to be sent to us prior to June 1st. Listed on the COI will need to be the following: Seven Slot Sales, LLC, 113 Bartram Lane, Ocean City, NJ 08226City of Wildwood, 4400 New Jersey Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260By purchasing tickets you agree to all terms listed, including agreement to provide donations to the raffle and providing your COI . Our refund policy is 30 days prior to the event, there are no exceptions. We will be providing free vendor food and beverages during setup day on Thursday, July 13th. All vendors are welcome to stop by our food truck area to enjoy lunch, beverages, and snacks on us throughout the day.
