well water pressure problem

Description

I can hear a humming grinding noise like the pump is trying to push water but it's not happening. Earlier on I turned the power on to the well after 3 days of no power. I drained the tank and then let it refill and the pressure was fine. Maybe an hour later the pressure dropped and I began hearing that humming grinding noise. Need someone to diagnose and fix this issue ASAP.
