Shake, Shake, Shake - Adapted from Elyse Morgan This is not just another festival or market. This is a one- day transformational experience. WHAT TO EXPECT ♥ A full day of music, healing, authentic connection, and joy! ♥ A private Boho Oasis outside by the Bay where you can feel fully seen, heard, and held as your authentic self. ♥ A KID'S ZONE for ages 3-10 from 12-4p will be available with certified supervisors. - Kids under 3 must stay with their parents - infant tent available ♥ Many profound opportunities to tap into your “true self” and reveal your inner divine. ♥ 14+ women vendors offering healing services, products, and crafts. ♥ Organic, healthy food options and delicious infused mocktails. ♥ Local women musicians and artists. ♥ Three powerful 40+. community sessions to promote letting go, healing, joy, and deep connection to self, others, and Source - included in GA, Community sessions will include embodiment, breathwork, yoga, dancing, meditation, and more - please bring your own yoga mat or chair. (Session start times-12:12, 2:22, 4:44) ♥ Independent time to engage with the various vendors. ♥ A perfect opportunity to connect with open, growth-minded, accepting people. ♥ Freedom to engage at whatever level feels comfortable to you - great place for new and advanced spiritual seekers alike. ♥ Dress code: Whatever you feel comfortable moving around and doing a downward dog in. ♥ A water station will be available. The energy there was palpable as I walked through, I couldn’t help but smile, feeling lifted and safe. The musical talents created beautiful background music and amazing sounds to sit and enjoy. The vendors that surrounded us were all so welcoming, and beautifully set up. This all added so much to the experience. The group sessions starting at angel # times was extra magical. The yoga, breath work and guided meditation were transformational. I don’t think there was anyone that wasn't moved to tears at one point or another.
