Construction Laborer - Full time/ part time cash daily or weekly

Local Construction Contractor hiring for a laborer position for either full time or part time. I have jobs booked out a month in advance and growing into having two crews/jobs per day for the company. Would prefer someone with some construction background as a helper/laborer and also would like to talk with anyone that has substantial experience in either a concentrated field or several fields. Handyman type experience is a huge plus for this work. Laborer usually will be hauling debris to dumpsters and doing odds and ends task during the day given by the crew leader. Laborers have opportunity to move up quickly to a crew leader after they’ve proven their self able to run job sites up to company expectations. This is a fast paced environment and job. I would also consider anyone in the hospitality industry that I can train as it’s that type of energy and movement that I’m looking to hire. People that are not self sufficient and unable to work with little supervision (after training period) should not apply. As of now I’m not looking to sub out my labor and only focusing on hiring within the company but I will always take your info if that’s what you do. Must and Must Nots Must have reliable transportation to job sites (this means you own a vehicle that is legally licensed/insured and fully operational) No Drug Addicts- I give the option to pay daily cash or weekly (on Fridays and usually more $) but if you are chosen and you work 1/2 a day and think I’ll pay you so you can go get your fix, your pay will drop to $12/hour and you will not come back. I’m considering giving up on Craiglist altogether as it seems all the junkies check these Gigs for that exact reason.
