Help Install Propane Tank To Appliance-From Scratch

Am switching from my electric stove/range to propane. Sold my electric appliance and bought a gas range/stove. Need someone who knows how to hook up the outside propane tank with copper lines, regulator and run the lines under the house (small area/run) and come into the floor to hook up to the new gas range/stove. It would be very helpful if you knew how to switch the gas appliance to propane. Was told when I bought the appliance that it was a matter of turning the supply lines under the burners. Electric range was 210/220 but the gas appliance is only a 110 so again very helpful if you knew how to do this. I am just up 28N just past Village Trader Exxon. Am looking for someone possibly local? I will pay very very fairly... CASH. It should not take any more than a couple/few hours tops....from what I was told! Thanks!
