October 29 • 1PM-3PM Participating stores will be marked with a storefront sign.No costume full face masks or painted faces over the age of 12.Costume accessories resembling weapons will not be permitted inside the center.No silly string, blow horns or any form of powdery substance.Let’s see your costumes!
