Description
Join us for a fun and feel-good Bounce (mini trampoline) experience that is open to all levels and accompanied by music to inspire you! Discover the balance of strength and energy to sustain you in enjoying a healthy, active and full life! This workshop takes you through a gentle-moderate rebounding (bounce) workout that will help to increase your endurance in a way that gives you energy rather than depleting it. We end with a yummy stretch that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and smiling! Enjoy this fresh burst of energy to carry you through your weekend! Rebounders are provided (stability bars available if needed). Bring a small towel and water bottle. You can bounce in sneakers, barefoot or in grippy socks. Spaces are limited. Please pre-register A little bit about the host: Heather Till, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is a certified integrative yoga therapist through the international association of yoga therapists. She is also a gentle somatic yoga practitioner, play facilitator and dancer who has been studying the movement and healing arts for over 20 years. Heather's teaching is rooted in mindfulness and gentle yoga practices that encourage moving from an inner awareness to unravel chronic tension and pain patterns and reconnect with our body’s natural rhythms and ability for health and resilience. Heather has long been drawn to yoga as a healing path. Her playful personality infuses her teaching through these slow yoga practices and movement explorations that call upon her studies in restorative yoga, yoga + neuroscience, breathwork, meditation, self-regulation and resiliency. Her intention is to create an experience for her students that leaves the nervous system feeling calm and nourished and awakens new possibilities within each of us to experience deeper peace and well-being. In her spare time, you’ll usually find heather elbow deep in the kitchen sharing her love of cooking, going for long walks in the woods or having deep conversations with her plant babies as she discovers her newest love of gardening.
