This workshop will focus on Entrepreneuring: Exploring the frameworks, tools, strategies, mindset and skills needed to design, launch and scale the business of your dreams.
Operating a company can be the experience you’ve dreamed of, and it could possibly be the major source of stress and unrest in your life. Successful entrepreneurs develop businesses that meet a market need that align with their personal vision. Starting and operating a business involves a series of important decisions whose outcomes are tracked against the planned projections. Why? Because it can be frustrating when nothing happens the way you anticipated – addressing negative employees, dealing with demanding clients and investors, executing undercapitalized operations in predictable market forces can pull you away from the planned course. Who has the time to build a product or offer a service that know one wants to buy? I don’t and neither should you.
The goal is to give entrepreneurs an opportunity to reflect on how they want to manage their work, highlighting proven, but often overlooked frameworks and strategies that ensure sustained healthy organizations. Do you have what it takes to continue as an entrepreneur? Is making money killing your business? Are you unsure of how to match your plans for the business with your plans for life, family and retirement?
*The workshop will take place in the 4th Floor Conference Room of the Incubator. Light refreshments will be served.
