We are hosting a informational session on Oct. 18th at the King Grant Clubhouse for our fellow realtors to review ways to have a smoother transaction for buyers and sellers agents. With the influx of sales in Charleston and changes to the real estate contract we are experiencing more unique scenarios and want to review ways we can help. Lunch will be provided at 12:00 before our speakers start at 12:30.
