Sadly, the last time we hosted a Meet the Winemaker event was February 2020, just before Covid caused us to make a lot of changes. Which is why we are so excited to be resuming these events as we welcome Fabio Valpreda, export manager from Italy's Mauro Molina Winery. Located in the Northwestern part of Italy (the top of the boot), Maura Molina has been a family run winery whose winemaking know-how dates back to the 1970s. Now, second generation the vineyard is still family run and creates award winning bottles of classic Italian offerings such as Dolcetto, Barbera, Barolo and more. We'll have several on hand for attendees to taste while Fabio talks more about the vineyard and terroir, as well as the wines themselves. In an effort to aid attendees in getting the most out of this personal tasting experience we are limiting this event to just 16 people. Seats are $40/person and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Along with the wine and the opportunity to discuss the finer points of Italian wine making, guests will enjoy charcuterie and light fare as well.
