You will be guided through a meditative chakra clearing hour of sound using sound bowls, chimes, chants and drums to clear your mind and energy field, while you lay on a mat. This is a time to refresh, recharge and be present in your heart while receiving this sound technology. After the sound session is complete, we will be offering an optional sharing circle. Whether you are freshly home from Burning Man, or have been on your own journeys over the summer, this will be a time to offer reflections and process in a guided way to help support your process of integration in a safe group format. We often get caught in the cycle of ceremony and transformation without integrating the messages into a daily practice. Offering reflections within a group setting, will allow integration and practical steps with reflections from the group and guides to release heaviness and step into your bliss. This experience is deeply healing, blissful and a call to return to presence while calling in any scattered pieces of yourself. Please bring a yoga mat, something to write on and a pen.
