Family looking to adopt Corgi or French Bull Dog

Hi, we're a family of five. Three kids over 10 years with a 1 year old cat. We're looking for a young or puppy Corgi or French bull dog who is friendly with small humans and cats. We know all dogs get excited but we're looking for one who likes to be a couch potato too. I work at home so I am available to be with the pup all day. The kids are home schooled so they can help out too. We've been looking at all the shelters all over Colorado but cannot seem to find a Corgi or French bull dog that will be adopted out bc we don't have a yard. We DO have bear creek dog park VERY close to us, and a smaller dog park in our complex. We would love to meet whatever dog is available to make sure the vibes match and that the pup likes us too.
