I fell in love with this pupper at first sight and I had planned on training him to be a service dog for my self, however Mr. Kodak is not a Service Dog type. He would much rather happily chase the squirrels in a large fenced in backyard. He is a loving dog with separation anxiety. If you live a life style where he can be with a family member most of the time please give me a text or call. He was a rescue and did not come with vet records and we were getting ready to take him in for his vet visit when it dawned on me that a tiny apartment no where near the dog park is not the best home for him. He has learned some basic manners and is housetrained. Good with cats he just kinda "Boops" them with his nose to play. Good around young children and adults. He occasionally barks in an attempt to play when out side. He stays quiet inside unless he needs to get your attention at which point he will whimper a little bit to request outside or food and drink. He comes with plenty of food and several toys. Crate, harness and boots included. You will only need to bring your own leash. You will need to show proof of fenced in back yard. He loves to go on much longer walks that I am able to take him on given my disabilities. He wants to play with other dogs, I have not seen any sign of aggression, just lots of play bows and wagging tails. Please keep in mind that the standard for being a service dog is much higher than being a good pet. Mr. Kodak is a wonderful pet. It is in fact simply the fact that he is too playful to be a service dog and the fact that we live in an apartment that does not match his needs that causes me to rehome him. I need a service dog with intense focus from distractions of all sorts while traveling, and Mr. Kodak would much rather play with that other dog. He would make a fantastic ESA in a home setting. If you meet these requirements I am not asking for any rehoming fee, just that you show him lots and lots of love.
