Retaining Wall Needed

I have a neighbor on the side of my home, and their lot is slowly coming into mine which is why I need a retaining wall constructed / built. There once was a natural rock wall but it's deteriorated over time. It would be 3-4 feet at its lowest and 7 feet at its highest. I might not be able to afford the whole length so I would like it bid 2 ways. BID 1: from the start of the side of the garage to the back side fence, approximately 22-25 feet in length and 3.5-5.5 feet in height BID 2: the entire section from the back side fence all the way to the end of the side yard, approximately 50-52 feet in length and 3.5-7 feet in height. I want it done right, with a footing and some type of solution for drainage when it rains. Photos attached, and I can get you access anytime to get me a formal bid. I don't care if permits are pulled. I can get you access anytime.
