Job description D.G. Ring Construction is a residential remodeling company based in Beaverton, Oregon. We specialize in windows, siding, decks, paint, doors, and trim. We are looking for someone motivated and a self-starter with a minimum of 5 years of painting and carpentry experience to provide residential remodeling services in Beaverton and the surrounding cities. Experience in the following areas is required: Interior/ exterior residential and commercial painting carpentry Prepping, masking, sanding, and caulking experience Paint application by brush, roll, or spray methods Ability to operate power washer, spray equipment, and hand tools Siding Installation Window installation Door Installation Finish carpentry and trim work Dry rot replacement Deck Construction/repairs Must be able to work on ladders Demo and job site clean-up Additional Qualifications: Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred but not required) Driver's license Two pieces of government-issued I.D. Basic hand tools Background check required Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must be able to stand, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods. Basic math skills Occasional out-of-town travel Ability to use the time clock system Good physical shape Dependable and punctual Capability to work alone or in a team environment Must be able to pass a standard drug screening Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift 8:30 am- 4:30 pm Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)\
